Reception in Courtyard
The 56th Annual Student Exhibition, featuring work in diverse media by senior and undergraduate Visual and Dramatic Arts majors, will open Thursday, April 18th at 6:00 p.m. The exhibition will include an awards ceremony and reception, with the awards ceremony beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Visual & Dramatic Arts Film Auditorium. The undergraduate show is curated by VADA Professor of Printmaking and Drawing Karin Broker. The awards will be followed by the student film showcase “Flicks 2019” in the Visual & Dramatic Arts Film Auditorium. In the Visual & Dramatic Arts Project Gallery, our audience may enjoy even more student films during the opening ceremony and during regular gallery hours.
At 8:00 p.m., join us for the senior exhibition and film installations on the 4th floor of Sewall Hall & at the Inferno Art Gallery (room 254) in an open studios format. A celebratory reception will be in the outdoor sculpture courtyard (Sewall Hall, floor 2).
