Houston Cinema Arts Festival’s regional short film competition, Borders | No Borders returns for its seventh edition. This year’s selections positions the world we were promised against reality. Reflecting on childhood memories, romantic fairytales, and mythic legends, we are invited to remember why imagination is essential in pursuit of a better world.
