Moody’s 5th Birthday Party with Sir Woman

About the Event

Join us for a memorable performance by Sir Woman, winner of Austin Music Award’s Best New Act, in celebration of the Moody’s 5th anniversary!
Sir Woman is the creation of Kelsey Wilson, co-founder of Wild Child, and member of Glorietta. With an emphasis on Soul, Gospel, R&B, and Funk, Sir Woman’s music earned a slot on NPR’s “Heavy Rotation: 9 Songs Public Radio Can’t Stop Playing” with the debut single “Highroad.” Sir Woman is currently nominated for four awards at the 2022 Austin Music Awards including best vocalist, best song, best video, and best band!
The entire building will be open for guests to experience the current exhibition, Soundwaves: Experimental Strategies in Art + Music, and $5 parking will be available
