About the Event
Harrison Guy, 2019-20 CERCL Artist-in Residence and Founder/Artistic Director of Urban Souls Dance Company, presents "Black Bodies in White Spaces: A Performance Ritual." Choreographed by Guy, the performance is in engagement with the Moody's spring exhibition "Radical Revisionists: Contemporary African Artists Confronting Past and Present."
This performance is presented by Rice University's Center for Engaged Research and Collaborate Learning (CERCL) with support from the Moody Center for the Arts.
