Chasing the City Frames: from Hong Kong to Houston

The famous Cantonese saying: “Having the time to die, but no time to be sick,” perfectly describes the living and working condition of many Hong Kong people.

It is pathetic, indeed.

“Chasing the City Frames: from Hong Kong to Houston” brings freeze-frame images from stop motion animations made by four Hong Kong artists, ruminating about their hometown to Houston, and allow some of these frames to start a new journey in a new narrative.
