Winner of over 20 awards at film festivals around the world,BULLY, a dramatic film musical by Rice University alumnus Aaron Alon, tells the story of Sam Bradley, a teenager who commits suicide after repeated bullying in school on suspicion of being gay. The press descends on the town, leaving Sam’s parents and their community scrambling to find someone to blame and some way to move forward. Thunderclap Productions presents this final Houston screening of the film, along with a DVD and CD release, following two years of film festival screenings all around the world. Thunderclap will also announce its 2020 season of stage plays in Houston.
