Flutist and YAMAHA artist Suzanne Teng and percussionist Gilbert Levy will introduce and perform their own compositions on a variety of instruments from around the world. Their world music ensemble, Mystic Journey, has won numerous international awards, and their five critically acclaimed CDs have placed on TOP 10 lists of many national radio shows. Their music has been licensed for hundreds of film, television, commercial, and video productions, and was featured on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. www.mysticjourney.net

Directions & Parking

West Lot 2 is the parking lot for all Shepherd School of Music events. Access this lot via campus entrance #18 off Rice Boulevard. 

Overflow parking is available in West Lot 3 or in the Central Campus Garage, located just east of the music school (underneath the Jones Graduate School of Business) near campus entrance #20 off Rice Boulevard.

Stude Concert Hall, Duncan Recital Hall, Hirsch Orchestra Rehearsal Hall, and Wortham Opera Theatre are located in Alice Pratt Brown Hall on the Rice University campus.  Alice Pratt Brown Hall is wheelchair accessible. Signs inside the campus near entrances 1, 2, 8, and 20 provide directions to all visitor parking.
