Chamber Music Festival: Part 2
 “The American Century (1917-2017)”
The American Century is dedicated to celebrating the works of 20th-century American classical composers through performance and education.
Program: Zwilich Piano Quintet; Rochberg Piano Trio; Sirota String Quartet No. 2 “American Pilgrimage”; Haas String Quartet No. 3; and Shostakovich String Quartet No. 9 in E-flat Major, Op. 117

Directions & Parking

West Lot 2 is the parking lot for all Shepherd School of Music events. Access this lot via campus entrance #18 off Rice Boulevard. 

Overflow parking is available in West Lot 3 or in the Central Campus Garage, located just east of the music school (underneath the Jones Graduate School of Business) near campus entrance #20 off Rice Boulevard.

Stude Concert Hall, Duncan Recital Hall, Hirsch Orchestra Rehearsal Hall, and Wortham Opera Theatre are located in Alice Pratt Brown Hall on the Rice University campus.  Alice Pratt Brown Hall is wheelchair accessible. Signs inside the campus near entrances 1, 2, 8, and 20 provide directions to all visitor parking.
