Houston Cinema Arts Festival regional short film competition, Borders | No Borders, returns for its sixth edition, feature films from Texas and its surrounding regions. These six films amplify individuals speaking up for either themselves or their community, often to unsuccessful results but pushing for a more optimistic outcome. Progress isn’t always linear and these stories are a tenacious beacon for those that continue to propel change.
