About the Event
Happy Birthday Fritz Kreisler! - a tribute to one of the 20th centuries most beloved musicians on his 148th birthday. Program will include Strauss Sonata for cello and piano, Chausson Poeme in an adaptation for cello by the performer, Ravel’s Tzigane and a selection of beloved Kreisler transcriptions and original compositions.
The Shepherd School of Music continues to live stream student degree and class recitals from Duncan Recital Hall. Due to current licensing challenges, the Shepherd School cannot guarantee that every piece and/or performance will be live streamed. All live stream performances are free; no subscription is required.
