About the Event

Start your holiday season with a movie under the stars at the Moody! Join us for a family-friendly, free, outdoor screening of Tim Burton’s holiday classic The Nightmare Before Christmas. The galleries will be open until 9 p.m. to explore the current exhibition, Urban Impressions and free popcorn will be provided.

The Moody Cafe will also be taking pre-orders for pick-up at Movie Night, explore the menu.

And remember to BYOB (bring your own blanket)!

In case of rain, the movie will be shown indoors.

Directions & Parking

The Moody Center for the Arts is located on the campus of Rice University, and is best reached by using Campus Entrance 8 at the intersection of University Boulevard and Stockton Street. As you enter campus, the building is on the right, just past the Media Center. There is a dedicated parking lot adjacent to the building. Payment for the Moody Lot is by credit card only. Maps are available at rice.edu/maps.
